The Promoter (Club Lime) of the Mates Rates Membership Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.
Eligible Location means any Club Lime nationally.
Eligible Membership means 3-month Club Lime Multi Membership on a fixed term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at an Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Tuesday 23rd April 2024 12:00 am – Sunday 30th June 2024 11:59pm) subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/
Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Direct Debit Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club, hiit republic Multi-Club Membership, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi- Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Membership, all memberships at all other Club Lime locations and all visit passes.

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 12:00 am – Sunday 30th June 2024 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3.The Promoter agrees to an upfront 3-month Club Lime Multi Membership at $99.00 plus start-up fees. Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. A code will be generated via the Club Lime Member portal and must be added during the joining process.
5. Only members who are on an active Direct Debit Club Lime Membership can issue this voucher.
6. The referred party has seven days to redeem the offer from the day the voucher is issued to the Club Lime Member.
7. This offer is limited to one referral per active Club Lime member on a Direct Debit Membership. For change of mind, the individual redeeming the offer will have 7 days to cancel to avoid any fees. You may cancel your Membership any time before 5.00pm on the 7th Day following the Join Date. If you exercise your cooling-off rights under clause 5.1, we will refund any fees already paid by you excluding Administration Fee.
8. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
